Prefer minimum stay of 7 nights. Exceptions are possible, at negotiable rates. For all rentals less than 7 nights there will be a $50 surcharge to cover the cost of opening the casita.

Rates and availability are subject to change without notice. Furnishings and decor may differ somewhat from those presented.

TERMS: 50% deposit due within 1 week of making reservations. The remaining 50% plus a $500(refundable) damage/security/key deposit due 30 days before arrival except for reservations overlapping the December 15 - January 2 period, which require a final payment (including damage/key deposit) 42 days before arrival. Prices include maid service on alternate days provided through private contracts, not through the association. Prices do not include telephone. For rentals of less than 1 week (seven nights) there will be a $50 surcharge to cover the costs of opening the casita.

Once reservations have been confirmed by the initial deposit, only as much money as can be recovered by alternate rental will be returned if you cancel your reservations, less a $100 processing fee.

Owners, agents, managers and the condominium association accept no liability for loss of property and/or death or injury to any occupant (renter) or occupants' guests. Occupant agrees that all disputes will be resolved by arbitration in the Washington DC greater metropolitan area except those whose jurisdiction clearly lies within Mexico. Occupant acknowledges and accepts these conditions by making final rental payment before occupancy.

Checkout time is 12:00 noon, local time.
